A big step has been taken toward developing a new public park in Kenton County! Kenton County Fiscal Court selected J.S. Held LLC as the project manager, based on proposal reviews by a committee that included County Administrator Joe Shriver (1996) and Assistant County Administrator Scott Gunning (2014).

In addition to developing a park master plan for the 225-acre property, J.S. Held will manage the general contractor, design team, consultants, and engineers. This consulting firm has been involved in other major park projects in our region, such as Covington Central Riverfront, Washington and Ziegler parks in Cincinnati, and Factory 52 in Norwood.
